Introduction
The Karvil NH-600 Sigma Mixer is a heavy-duty kneading solution specifically customized for high-viscosity food applications. Recently manufactured for our repeat client in Thailand, this machine is engineered to process tough Tamarind Paste (Tamarind Pulp) efficiently.
Unlike standard models, this kneader features a customized open-top design (no lid), allowing for continuous manual feeding and direct visual monitoring of the mixing process. It is equipped with premium components like SKF bearings and a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) to ensure stability and precise speed control during the processing of sticky materials.
Precision Speed Control: Powered by a frequency inverter, allowing adjustable speeds to prevent heat buildup in sensitive food pastes.
Sanitary Design: All contact parts are made of SUS304 Stainless Steel with Internal Mirror Polishing. This smooth finish prevents sticky tamarind from adhering to the walls and ensures easy cleaning.
Heavy-Duty Performance: Features Double Sigma Blades and reliable SKF Bearings to handle the high torque required for thick, elastoplastic materials.
Hydraulic Discharge: The bowl tilts up to 90° via a hydraulic cylinder for fast, automated unloading.
