1. Optimized Z-Blade Geometry for Fibre Protection
Our precision-cast Sigma (Z-shaped) blades create a strong shearing action that thoroughly kneads high-viscosity polyester resins and fillers. Crucially, the blade clearance is calibrated to ensure homogenous mixing without shredding the glass fibres, preserving the structural integrity of your molding compound.
2. Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Tilting Discharge
Forget manual scraping. The mixing bowl is equipped with a robust hydraulic cylinder that tilts the bowl up to 90 degrees. This ensures fast, safe, and clean discharge of sticky, dense materials, significantly reducing downtime between batches.
3. Robust Construction for Abrasive Fillers
DMC materials often contain abrasive fillers (calcium carbonate, glass). Our mixing chamber is lined with high-strength stainless steel (SUS304/316L optional) and treated for wear resistance, ensuring a long service life even under continuous heavy-load operation.
4. Precise Temperature Control
The mixing bowl features a jacketed design suitable for heating (steam/oil) or cooling (water). This allows precise control over the resin's viscosity during the kneading process, preventing premature curing or degradation.
