Product Description
This 1000L horizontal ribbon blender system is a complete mixing solution designed for wax powder and small amounts of liquid additives. Supplied to a U.S. customer, the system integrates a ribbon mixer, a screw conveyor, a vibrating sieve, and a jacketed heating and cooling unit.
The mixing chamber is made of stainless steel 304 for safe and durable contact with raw materials. The outer frame and platform are constructed from carbon steel with anti-corrosion treatment, providing strong structural support and easy access for operation and maintenance.
Equipped with a jacket, the mixer allows circulation of hot and cold media for precise temperature control. The unit connects to an integrated chiller/heater system, making it suitable for materials requiring controlled thermal conditions during mixing.
The screw conveyor ensures smooth and dust-free transfer of blended material to the vibrating screen, which removes oversize particles and improves final product uniformity.
The entire setup is mounted with a carbon steel working platform, allowing operators safe and convenient access to all equipment components.
