Product Description
All contact parts inside the mixing chamber are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish to minimize residue and support easy cleaning. The outer surface of the machine is finished with brushed stainless steel, offering a sleek industrial look and corrosion resistance.
To ensure operational safety, the mixer comes with a SUS304 safety grid at the top loading port, preventing accidental entry during operation. A dust removal port is also integrated to help maintain a clean working environment, especially useful when handling fine powders.
This model is powered by single-phase electricity, making it suitable for small production facilities or lab-scale applications. The discharge system uses a manual butterfly valve (DN150) at the bottom for controlled and residue-free material release. A pneumatic cylinder assists the lid opening, making it easy for operators to inspect or clean the interior.
Safety - All Karvil Machinery ribbon blenders include CE markings and are manufactured in accordance with ISO9001 accreditation; Safety limit switch prevents agitator from running when cover is open; Available with customizable safety grilles, automatic valves and a variety of other operator-friendly options.
