When handling heavy-duty compounds, reliability is everything. That’s why this machine is powered by a robust 55kW Siemens motor and equipped with Schneider electrics. We’ve also upgraded the sealing mechanism and safety protocols to ensure zero leakage, minimal downtime, and maximum operator safety—making it the ultimate workhorse for adhesive and sealant production lines.
Built for Extreme Viscosity: The classic Sigma (Σ) blades combined with a 55kW (6-pole) Siemens Beide motor deliver immense shearing and kneading power, effortlessly handling the toughest butyl putties.

Zero-Leakage & Easy Maintenance Sealing: Sticky materials often cause shaft leakage. We engineered a combination stuffing box featuring PTFE packing and PTFE seals. Crucially, the design provides excellent accessibility, allowing your maintenance team to replace the packing quickly without dismantling the entire shaft.

Hygienic, Zero-Sticking Chamber: All wetted parts (mixing chamber, blades, and top cover) are made of Premium SS304 and subjected to high-grade mirror polishing. This significantly reduces material residue and makes batch changeovers or cleaning exceptionally fast.

Uncompromising Operator Safety: Factory-installed safety limit switches ensure that the moment the top cover is opened, the mixing blades come to an immediate halt.

Process Visibility: The large DN-300 manhole is paired with dual sight glasses (one equipped with a high-intensity inspection lamp), giving operators a clear, real-time view of the kneading process.

Quality is our priority. After production, we conduct a strict FAT (Factory Acceptance Test). We run the machine empty and with load (if applicable) for continuous hours to check noise, vibration, sealing, and temperature. We will send you a detailed running video. You are also welcome to visit or hire a third party (like SGS/BV) for inspection.
4.Can I track the production progress of my order?
Yes. During the production process, our sales team will update you with photos and videos of key stages (machining, welding, assembly, painting) so you can know exactly the status of your equipment.
5.How about the installation and services?
We provide comprehensive support:
Documents: Detailed English manual, electric diagram.
Online Support: Lifetime remote video guidance for installation and troubleshooting.

6.How do you pack the machine to ensure safety during long shipping?
We use export-standard plywood cases ensuring stability. For the machine surface, we wrap it with multiple layers of stretch film to prevent moisture and corrosion during sea transportation.

8. What are the payment terms and delivery time?
Production begins after confirming details and receiving a 50% deposit. It usually takes 20-30 days. Once you approve the machine via test videos or on-site inspection, we will arrange shipment immediately after the balance payment.

We provide 12-month warranty starting. Within the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts with DHL/Fedex . Beyond the warranty, we offer cost-price spare parts and lifetime technical support.
