Working Principle
Loading → Kneading → Heat / Cool → Vacuum → Discharge
Sigma mixer uses two counter-rotating Sigma-shaped blades to continuously compress, fold, stretch and knead the material. This intensive mixing action ensures thorough and uniform processing, even for highly viscous and sticky materials. Heating, cooling or vacuum can be applied during mixing to meet different process requirements.
