Precision Mixing for High-Viscosity Materials
Our 24L Manual Tilting Vacuum Kneader is a specialized laboratory and pilot-scale mixing solution engineered specifically for the distinct requirements of Silicone Rubber processing. Designed for the US market, this unit bridges the gap between laboratory testing and industrial production.
Unlike standard mixers, this package provides a complete thermal management system. By combining a heavy-duty Z-blade mixing mechanism with a Mold Temperature Machine and an Industrial Chiller, it allows users to precisely control reaction temperatures from 10°C to 160°C, ensuring optimal curing, viscosity reduction, and compounding quality.
Instead of standard mixing, this machine uses two solid Stainless Steel 304 Sigma blades. They rotate at different speeds (differential ratio).
How it works: This speed difference creates strong shearing and tearing forces.
Why it matters: It physically cuts and folds the Silicone Rubber repeatedly. This is the only way to get a uniform mix for thick, sticky materials without leaving dry powder pockets.

Mixing high-viscosity silicone naturally traps air inside the material.
The mixing chamber is fully sealed. You can connect the vacuum pump to reach -0.098MPa.
The Benefit: It pulls the air and moisture out while the blades are mixing. Your final silicone product will come out dense and free of bubbles, which is essential for electrical insulation or high-quality molds.

Silicone processing is tricky: you need heat to soften it, but too much friction heat (shear heat) can ruin it or cure it too fast. We include both units to solve this:
Heating (Mold Temp Machine): Heats the jacket up to 160°C. This lowers the viscosity of the rubber base so it’s easier to mix.
Cooling (Water Chiller): When the mixing gets intense, the material gets hot naturally. The chiller circulates cold water (down to 10°C) to keep the temperature stable.
Advantage: You don't need to buy separate heaters or chillers. We piped everything for you.

We kept the discharge mechanism simple and reliable.
Design: It uses a manual handwheel with a worm gear box.
Operation: You just turn the wheel to tilt the bowl up to 90 degrees. The worm gear makes it easy to turn (low effort) and it self-locks at any angle.
Maintenance: No hydraulic leaks to worry about. It’s just mechanical gears that last a long time.
