Our Nicaraguan client specializes in manufacturing fertilizers and agricultural nutritional compound powders. Since agricultural chemicals can sometimes be demanding on equipment, we engineered this mixer using 100% premium 304 Stainless Steel.
To ensure zero residue and ultimate anti-corrosion performance, the interior of the blending tank features a high-grade mirror-polished finish, while the exterior is beautifully brushed.
Understanding the specific electrical requirements of the Central American market, our engineering team customized the electrical control system to run flawlessly on 220V, 60Hz, Single Phase power, ensuring a "plug-and-play" experience for the client upon arrival.
Top-Tier Global Components: Powered by a robust 7.5kW Siemens motor, variable speed inverter (0-46 r/min), and reliable Schneider electrical components for long-term stability.
Ultimate Operator Safety: We upgraded this unit with a pneumatic cylinder for effortless lid opening. It also features an intelligent safety grid interlock system—the blender stops immediately if the safety grid is moved, ensuring 100% operator protection.
Zero Leakage Design: Equipped with a specialized PTFE (Teflon) packing seal and food-grade silicone end-plate seals, completely preventing fine fertilizer powder from escaping during operation.
Convenient Discharge: Features a DN150 bottom manual butterfly valve with a custom 750mm ground clearance, perfectly height-matched for the client's direct bagging process.
To guarantee the machine arrives in pristine condition, it was carefully wrapped and secured inside a standard fumigation-free export wooden case. We also included essential spare parts, such as extra PTFE seals and control buttons, to support the client's continuous production.
