Overview
The 1000L Horizontal Ribbon Mixer is heavy-duty mixing equipment designed for high-efficiency and uniform blending. Recently manufactured and exported to our European clients, this specific model features SUS304 stainless steel for all material-contact parts, ensuring high hygiene standards and excellent corrosion resistance against salts and additives commonly found in feed.
It is highly recommended for mixing animal feed, poultry feed, livestock premixes, and agricultural powders. The double-ribbon agitator design guarantees that materials are mixed thoroughly in a short time without dead corners.
Key Features & Benefits:
Premium Material: All parts in direct contact with your materials are made of Food/Feed-Grade 304 Stainless Steel. The exterior frame is made of durable carbon steel with anti-rust painting (can be customized to full stainless steel if required).
High Mixing Uniformity: The inner and outer double-layer ribbons push the material from the center to the sides and from the sides to the center, achieving a mixing uniformity of up to 95% (CV ≤ 5%).
Efficient Production: 1000L total capacity provides a working volume of roughly 700L per batch. Mixing takes only 5 to 15 minutes per batch depending on the material density.
Liquid Spraying Ready: Can be equipped with liquid spray pipes (optional) if you need to add oils, molasses, or liquid vitamins to your animal feed.
Easy Discharge & Cleaning: Features a centrally located discharge valve (manual or pneumatic options available) for fast emptying with minimal residue. The top lid includes a safety grid and is designed for easy manual cleaning.
European Market Standard: Built with reliable motors and gearboxes, CE-compliant wiring, and safety grilles to protect operators.
