The Karvil 2L Lab Scale Vacuum Screw Discharge Kneader is a compact, high-performance mixing solution designed for university laboratories, research institutes, and enterprise R&D centers.

Engineered for high-viscosity materials (such as PVC, epoxy resins, and rubber compounds), this machine features Z-shaped Sigma blades and a Screw Extrusion system, ensuring uniform mixing and 100% effortless discharge. The vacuum design allows for bubble-free processing, while the mirror-polished interior ensures zero contamination and easy cleaning between test batches.

  • Precision Mixing (Sigma Blades): equipped with robust Sigma blades that can rotate forward (for kneading) and reverse (for screw discharge), providing intense shearing and kneading forces.

  • Vacuum & Cooling System:

    • Vacuum Degree: Achieves up to -0.09 Mpa with the included vacuum pump and buffer tank, perfect for degassing.

    • Temperature Control: Integrated Cooling Jacket with circulating water prevents material degradation during mixing.

  • Optimized Screw Discharge: Features a screw extruder with a DN50 Manual Ball Valve at the outlet. This allows for controlled discharge and shaping of the material, eliminating manual scraping.

  • Safety Interlock System: Designed with EU safety standards in mind. The machine automatically stops if the lid is opened, ensuring operator safety.

  • Sanitary Design: All parts contacting the material are made of SUS304 Stainless Steel with a Mirror Polished finish. This minimizes residue adhesion and simplifies the cleaning process.

  • Reliable Power: Powered by a 1.1kW 4-Pole Motor (Brand: Beide), offering stable torque and long service life.
