Overview
The 500L Horizontal Ribbon Blender is a highly efficient, robust, and versatile mixing machine designed for uniform blending of dry powders and granules. Recently customized for a client in Nicaragua specifically for mixing fertilizer and agricultural nutritional compound powders, this machine ensures zero dead corners and a perfectly homogeneous mix.
Constructed entirely from premium 304 Stainless Steel, it features an internal mirror-polished finish, making it highly resistant to corrosion from agricultural chemicals while remaining incredibly easy to clean.
Key Features & Benefits:
High-Efficiency Ribbon Agitator: The heavy-duty mixing shaft (Ø70mm) features an inner and outer ribbon design (5mm thickness), ensuring a fast, double-directional mixing action.
Variable Speed Control: Powered by a 7.5kW Siemens motor and an advanced Fuling VFD (Inverter), the mixing speed is fully adjustable from 0 to 46 r/min, allowing you to handle different powder densities gently or vigorously.
Ultimate Safety Design: Operator safety is our priority. The blender features a pneumatic cylinder to assist in opening the lid easily. It includes a smart safety grid interlock system—the machine stops instantly if the safety grid is displaced, preventing operational hazards.
Zero Leakage & Easy Maintenance: Features a combined PTFE (Teflon) packing seal box for easy replacement, along with food-grade silicone seals on the end plates to completely prevent powder leakage during operation.
User-Friendly Discharge: Equipped with a bottom manual butterfly valve (DN150) and a convenient 750mm ground clearance, making it highly accessible for direct bagging or conveying after mixing.
