Overview
Karvil Machinery 1000-liter explosion-proof sigma kneader mixer, specifically engineered for high-risk material processing such as nitrocellulose used in explosives. This custom-built mixer is delivered to the client, ensuring maximum safety, precision, and performance in hazardous environments.
The equipment features a 700L effective mixing volume and is equipped with mirror-polished SS304 for all product-contact surfaces, ensuring contamination-free blending. The Sigma blades, powered by a 55kW flameproof motor (Beide brand), provide efficient kneading with dual-speed operation—adjustable from 0–37 rpm (high) and 0–26 rpm (low) via frequency inverter control.
To address temperature-sensitive mixing, a water-circulation cooling jacket is integrated into the tank. Material discharge is handled through a hydraulic tilting system, allowing for fast and complete unloading. The unit also incorporates a 2.2kW explosion-proof hydraulic station and a safety interlock system that halts operation when the cover is opened.
