500L Horizontal Ribbon Blender for Refractory Materials
The Karvil Machinery 500L horizontal ribbon blender is designed for the precise and efficient mixing of refractory materials. Built with a combination of stainless steel and carbon steel, this machine ensures durability while keeping critical contact surfaces in SS304 for material safety and corrosion resistance.
This mixer features a variable speed main shaft (0–46 r/min) controlled by a frequency inverter, allowing operators to adjust mixing intensity according to the characteristics of the batch. The shaft seals are made from PTFE packing, ensuring reliable sealing performance and minimal maintenance.
For improved dust control and operator safety, the blender is equipped with a protective safety grid and a dust collection system. A spraying system with two nozzles and a 1.5 kW pump allows for controlled liquid addition during the mixing process, making it suitable for formulations that require water or other binders.
Material discharge is via a side outlet with a manual butterfly valve, while a stainless steel hopper (30L, with lid) and an integrated screw conveyor provide efficient and clean material transfer. The screw conveyor is designed for a 2-meter lifting height, enabling direct feeding into the next stage of production.
