Overview
Engineered for high-efficiency blending, this 2000L Horizontal Ribbon Blender is designed to process dry powders, granules, and mildly cohesive materials. Recently customized and exported to an Australian client for mixing grains and wax powders, this model features a built-in electric heating jacket to maintain optimal material flow and processing temperatures (up to 40℃).
Constructed with high-grade Stainless Steel 304 for all contact parts, it ensures product purity and is widely applicable in the food, chemical, agricultural, and pharmaceutical industries.
Key Features & Benefits:
Electric Heating Jacket: Equipped with a jacketed shell suitable for thermal oil or pure water. Designed to heat materials up to 40℃, preventing moisture buildup or material clumping (ideal for wax and specific grain processing).
High Mixing Uniformity: The inner and outer double-layer ribbons push the material from the center to the sides and from the sides to the center, achieving a mixing uniformity of up to 95% (CV ≤ 5%).
Variable Speed Control: Powered by a reliable 22 kW Siemens Beide motor with a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). The agitator speed can be adjusted from 0 to 27 r/min to suit different material characteristics.
Premium Material & Finish: All material-contacting parts are made of SS304 with a high-standard mirror polish to prevent material sticking and ensure easy cleaning. The exterior features a professional fine wire-drawing (brushed) finish. Non-contact structural parts are heavy-duty carbon steel with an anti-corrosion painted finish
Reliable Shaft Sealing: Utilizes a combination stuffing box seal with PTFE (Teflon) packing. The design allows for easy maintenance and replacement while effectively preventing powder leakage.
Automated Discharge: Features a DN200 Pneumatic Butterfly Valve at the bottom center, ensuring fast, clean, and controlled material discharge.

Production begins after confirming details and receiving a 50% deposit. It usually takes 20-30 days. Once you approve the machine via test videos or on-site inspection, we will arrange shipment immediately after the balance payment.

We provide 12-month warranty starting. Within the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts with DHL/Fedex . Beyond the warranty, we offer cost-price spare parts and lifetime technical support.
