Just wrapped up production and final testing on this 1000L Horizontal Ribbon Mixer for a new client in Europe.
The client will be using this for animal feed premixes, so high hygiene and zero cross-contamination are critical. That’s why we customized all material-contact parts with SUS304 stainless steel.
Here are a few quick specs on this build:
✔️ 1000L total capacity (handles about 500kg per batch).
✔️ Double-layer ribbon agitator for fast, uniform mixing (CV ≤ 5%).
✔️ Easy-clean discharge valve to minimize residue.
