Super-Strong Mixing Power: This machine is built with a Triple-Shaft (Three-Axis) Mixing System. Basically, it has three different agitators working at once: one high-speed blade for breaking up clumps (disperser), one low-speed paddle to keep the whole batch moving and scraping the sides (anchor mixer), and a high-shear head for a super-fine finish. This combination is essential for thoroughly mixing PVC resin into plasticizer and getting a perfectly smooth plastisol.
The Right Size: It's a 100 Liter Working Volume reactor. This is perfect for your smaller production runs, pilot testing, or making those high-value, specialized batches.
Stays Cool Under Pressure: PVC Plastisol mixing generates a lot of heat, which can be a problem. That’s why we included an Internal Cooling Coil (or Jacket). It gives you precise temperature control so the mix doesn't get too hot and gel prematurely, keeping your product consistent.
No More Bubbles: The built-in Full Vacuum Capability is a big deal. You can pull a deep vacuum on the batch to quickly suck out all the tiny air bubbles and volatile stuff. This gives you a smooth, high-quality, defect-free final product—exactly what customers in Malaysia expect.
Built to Last: All the parts that touch your product are made from Top-Quality Stainless Steel (like SUS304 or SUS316L). It’s easy to clean and won't corrode, even with harsh chemicals.
Easy Access: We designed it with a hydraulic or electric Lifting System. This means you can easily raise the mixing head completely out of the tank to change out the vessel or give it a proper clean, minimizing your downtime.
