The KARVIL 2700L Vacuum Screw Discharge Kneader Mixer is a powerful machine specifically engineered for processing extremely viscous and abrasive materials, such as crushed asphalt shingles.

Built for continuous, heavy-duty operation, this kneader combines massive capacity, powerful 110kW UL-certified drive, precise temperature control (heating jackets/coils), and superior wear resistance (Mn16 steel) to deliver unparalleled mixing performance and product homogeneity in the most demanding industrial applications.

1. Extreme Durability & Wear Resistance

  • Advanced Material Construction: All material contact parts—including the Sigma blades, mixing chamber, and screw barrel liner—are constructed from Mn16 Wear-Resistant Steel.

  • Reinforced Blades: The exterior of the mixing blades is clad with a 10mm thick layer of Mn16, ensuring minimal wear and extended service life when processing abrasive materials like asphalt granules.


2. Power & Precision Drive System

  • High-Power Motor: Driven by a 110kW, 6-pole main motor from the reputable WEG brand, complete with UL certification for safety and reliability.

  • Variable Speed Control (VFD): Features frequency control, allowing operators to precisely adjust blade speeds from 0-30rpm (Fast) and 0-21 (Slow) for optimized mixing shear control.


3. Advanced Heating & Temperature Control

  • Comprehensive Heating System: Equipped with heating jackets on the mixing barrel and the bottom screw barrel, complemented by electric heating coils on the outer screw barrel for uniform, efficient temperature maintenance critical for asphalt processing.


4. Superior Vacuum Capability

  • High-Efficiency Vacuum System: Includes a dedicated vacuum pump, buffer tank, and metal hose connections.

  • Guaranteed Vacuum Level: Capable of achieving a deep vacuum of -0.09 MPa, essential for de-aerating, solvent extraction, and ensuring product purity.


5. Efficient Discharge

  • Screw Extrusion Discharge: High-viscosity materials are efficiently and completely discharged via a powerful screw extrusion system, minimizing residue and cleaning downtime.
