  • This 100L Vacuum Screw Discharge Kneader is specifically engineered for the high-viscosity mixing and kneading of Epoxy Resin and Additives. Featuring a heavy-duty Double Sigma (Z-blade) design and a precise screw discharge system, this machine ensures uniform mixing and efficient material output.

  • The unit comes fully equipped with a 5mm Cooling Jacket and an included Industrial Water Chiller, ensuring optimal temperature control during the mixing of heat-sensitive chemical materials.

  • Specialized for Epoxy: The strong shearing force of the Sigma blades breaks down agglomerates, while the cooling system prevents resin overheating/curing during processing.

  • Screw Discharge: Integrated screw extruder makes discharging sticky epoxy materials effortless, eliminating manual scraping and reducing residual waste.

  • Vacuum Ready: The mixing chamber is vacuum-sealed (ports and valves included) to remove air bubbles from the resin (Note: Vacuum pump is not included in this package).

  • High-Quality Components: Equipped with a Beide (Siemens Sub-brand) main motor and NSK Bearings for long-lasting durability.

  • Hygiene & Safety: All wetted parts are SS304 with Mirror Polishing. Includes safety limit switches to stop the mixer immediately if the lid is opened.



Detailed Configuration 

A. Mixing Chamber & Lid

Construction: SS304 Stainless Steel.

Top Lid: Equipped with:

1 x Vacuum Gauge.

1 x Vacuum Port (with valve).

1 x Vent/Exhaust Port (with valve).

2 x Sight Glasses (One equipped with an inspection light for clear visibility).

Safety: Safety limit switch installed. The agitator automatically stops when the lid is opened.



B. Discharge System


Type: Screw Extruder.

Function: During mixing, the screw acts as a third mixing point. During discharge, the screw reverses to extrude the material through the nozzle. Ideal for sticky epoxy.



Temperature Control System


Jacket: 5mm thick jacket surrounding the mixing trough.

Chiller: Included. An independent industrial water chiller is provided to connect to the jacket for active cooling.



D. Sealing Assembly


Type: Combination Packing Seal Box.

Material: PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) packing and seals.

Maintenance: Designed for easy access to tighten or replace packing without dismantling the shaft.
