The NH-5 Z-Blade (Sigma) Kneader is a state-of-the-art laboratory mixing equipment engineered for highly viscous materials like polymer melts, adhesives, and rubber. Featuring a heavy-duty double Sigma blade design and a specialized screw extruder discharge, it ensures intensive mixing, kneading, and easy material discharging without dead corners. Equipped with an integrated 1HP heating and cooling unit, it provides precise temperature control (5-100℃), which is critical for polymer processing.
Powerful Mixing
Siemens motors & Fuling inverters drive the Sigma blades (0-42rpm) and screw extruder for hassle-free discharging.
Integrated Temp Control
Comes with a 1HP pure-water heating & cooling unit, maintaining 5-100℃ precisely for polymer melts.
Safety & Durability
Built with NSK bearings, Teflon seals, and Schneider electronics. Features an auto-stop safety limit switch.
Premium SS304 Finish
Contact parts are crafted from mirror-polished stainless steel, ensuring easy cleaning and no dead corners.

1.Manufacturer or trading company?

3.How do you ensure the quality of the machine before delivery?
Quality is our priority. After production, we conduct a strict FAT (Factory Acceptance Test). We run the machine empty and with load (if applicable) for continuous hours to check noise, vibration, sealing, and temperature. We will send you a detailed running video. You are also welcome to visit or hire a third party (like SGS/BV) for inspection.
4.Can I track the production progress of my order?
Yes. During the production process, our sales team will update you with photos and videos of key stages (machining, welding, assembly, painting) so you can know exactly the status of your equipment.
5.How about the installation and services?
We provide comprehensive support:
Documents: Detailed English manual, electric diagram.
Online Support: Lifetime remote video guidance for installation and troubleshooting.
On-site Service: If needed, we can dispatch engineers to your factory for installation, commissioning, and staff training.
6.How do you pack the machine to ensure safety during long shipping?
We use export-standard plywood cases ensuring stability. For the machine surface, we wrap it with multiple layers of stretch film to prevent moisture and corrosion during sea transportation.
7.Can you provide customized products?
Yes, we have professional engineers to meet your special design needs, so we can provide customized products.
8. What are the payment terms and delivery time?
Production begins after confirming details and receiving a 50% deposit. It usually takes 20-30 days. Once you approve the machine via test videos or on-site inspection, we will arrange shipment immediately after the balance payment.
9.About the product warranty?
We provide 12-month warranty starting. Within the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts with DHL/Fedex . Beyond the warranty, we offer cost-price spare parts and lifetime technical support.
