Key Features

  • This laboratory-scale sigma kneader is built entirely in 304 stainless steel, with all contact surfaces mirror-polished to ensure smooth material flow and easy cleaning. It is equipped with double sigma blades driven by a 2.2 kW Siemens motor and an ABB inverter, offering flexible speed adjustment (0–42 rpm for the fast blade, 0–35 rpm for the slow blade).

  • The machine integrates a vacuum system with pump, buffer tank, and metal hose, enabling efficient degassing during mixing. Heating is provided by an electric system up to 230°C, ensuring stable temperature control for rubber and polymer processing.

  • For discharge, the mixer adopts a screw extrusion system with a DN40 manual ball valve, ensuring continuous and efficient product removal, especially for sticky and dense materials.

  • This compact but powerful kneader is ideal for research, specialty rubber compounding, and polymer development projects.
