Vacuum Kneaders' Working Principle and Applications

Vacuum kneaders are mainly used in chemical production fields such as silicone sealant, glass glue base, butyl rubber, hot melt adhesive and other materials that are prone to bubbles. The working principle is that a pair of mutually cooperating and rotating paddles Sigma (or Z-shaped) produce strong shearing action, so that the semi-dry or rubber-like viscous plastic can quickly react to the material to obtain uniform mixing.

Vacuum kneaders adopts electric heating, steam heating, oil heating, water cooling and other methods for temperature regulation.   The discharge methods include hydraulic pressure, cylinder dumping, ball valve discharge, screw extrusion, etc. The chamber contact part between the blade and the material are all made of SUS304 stainless steel to ensure product quality.

Vacuum kneader is the ideal equipment for mixing, kneading, crushing and re-polymerizing various chemical products of various high-viscosity materials. It is widely used in high viscosity sealant, silicone rubber, glass glue base, chewing gum, aluminum silver paste,, paper pulp, cellulose, also used in batteries, inks, pigments, dyes, medicine, silicone resin, Plastics, rubber, cosmetics and other industries.
