Application: Specialized for high-viscosity materials like adhesive putties similar to Blu Tack®.

This 300L sigma mixer is engineered for a Spanish client requiring precise temperature control and efficient discharge. Featuring a robust Innomotics (Siemens) motor and mirror-polished Double Sigma blades, it ensures uniform mixing for the toughest materials. The integrated screw extruder allows for continuous, automated discharge, significantly reducing labor intensity.

We use export-standard plywood cases (fumigation-free) ensuring stability. For the machine surface, we apply anti-rust oil and wrap it with multiple layers of stretch film to prevent moisture and corrosion during sea transportation.

8.What are the payment terms and delivery time?

Production begins after confirming details and receiving a 50% deposit. It usually takes 20-30 days. Once you approve the machine via test videos or on-site inspection, we will arrange shipment immediately after the balance payment.

9.About the product warranty?

We provide a 12-month warranty starting from the date of the Bill of Lading. Within the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts . Beyond the warranty, we offer cost-price spare parts and lifetime technical support to ensure your machine runs smoothly for years.
