Engineered for precision and high performance, the 7L Vacuum Electric Heating Sigma Kneader is the perfect solution for laboratory research and small-scale production. Specifically customized for processing advanced ceramics, highly viscous pastes, and polymers, this machine ensures a homogeneous mix under vacuum conditions to eliminate air bubbles. Equipped with a reliable Siemens motor and a robust electric heating jacket, it guarantees stable operation and precise temperature control up to 160℃.
Key Features
European Standard Safety : Features a built-in safety limit switch. The mixing process stops instantly if the top cover is opened, ensuring operator safety.
Premium Material & Finish: All contact parts, including the Sigma blades, mixing chamber, and cover, are made of SS 304 with a flawless mirror-polished finish to prevent material adhesion and ensure easy cleaning.
Advanced Sealing System: Innovative combination seal box design allows for easy packing replacement. Utilizes PTFE (Teflon) packing and seals to prevent any leakage or contamination.
Precise Control): Variable frequency drive (VFD) controls the Z-blade speeds (Fast: 0-42 rpm; Slow: 0-35 rpm) to adapt to different ceramic material viscosities.
Integrated Vacuum & Heating : Comes with a complete vacuum system (pump, buffer tank, metal hose) for bubble-free mixing. Electric heating via thermal oil reaches up to 160℃.

We run the machine empty and with load (if applicable) for continuous hours to check noise, vibration, sealing, and temperature. We will send you a detailed running video. You are also welcome to visit or hire a third party (like SGS/BV) for inspection.
4.Can I track the production progress of my order?
Yes. During the production process, our sales team will update you with photos and videos of key stages (machining, welding, assembly, painting) so you can know exactly the status of your equipment.
5.How about the installation and services?

8. What are the payment terms and delivery time?
Production begins after confirming details and receiving a 50% deposit. It usually takes 20-30 days. Once you approve the machine via test videos or on-site inspection, we will arrange shipment immediately after the balance payment.
9.About the product warranty?
We provide 12-month warranty starting. Within the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts with DHL/Fedex . Beyond the warranty, we offer cost-price spare parts and lifetime technical support.
