Premium Material & Finish: Constructed from full SS304 Stainless Steel. The internal chamber features a mirror-polished finish to prevent material sticking, while the exterior has a premium brushed finish.
Robust Drive System: Powered by top-tier Innomotics (Siemens) Dual Motors (45kW & 30kW) and a high-torque SEW Gear Reducer, guaranteeing continuous operation without stalling.
Efficient Screw Discharge: Features a 22kW screw extruder for easy unloading of highly viscous materials, equipped with a DN250 electric ball valve for seamless transfer.
Precise Speed & Control: Independent Siemens VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) allows flexible speed adjustment (Fast: 0-46 rpm, Slow: 0-25 rpm). Controlled via an intuitive SS304 PLC Control Cabinet with both touch screen and mechanical buttons for dual reliability.
Integrated Cooling System: Comes standard with a dedicated industrial chiller (44.15 kW/hr cooling capacity) to maintain optimal material temperature and prevent thermal degradation of rubber and adhesives.
Enhanced Safety System: Hydraulic lid lifting mechanism equipped with a safety limit interlock switch—the mixing blades automatically stop when the lid is opened, ensuring 100% operator safety.

8. What are the payment terms and delivery time?
Production begins after confirming details and receiving a 50% deposit. It usually takes 20-30 days. Once you approve the machine via test videos or on-site inspection, we will arrange shipment immediately after the balance payment.
9.About the product warranty?
We provide 12-month warranty starting. Within the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts with DHL/Fedex . Beyond the warranty, we offer cost-price spare parts and lifetime technical support.
