We are pleased to share a photo fresh from our loading dock today. Pictured above is a 2000L Horizontal Mixer (Ribbon Blender) that has just been loaded into a shipping container, ready for its voyage to a new customer in New Zealand.
While we ship machines every week, we wanted to highlight this specific shipment because it perfectly demonstrates the standard of quality and logistics care that Karvil Machinery has built over the last 20 years.

The unit shown in the container is one of our best-selling models for industrial powder processing. The 2000L capacity is ideal for medium-to-large production batches.
Unlike standard mixers, this unit was customized to meet the specific production requirements of our New Zealand client. Key features include:
Double Ribbon Agitator: The internal design moves materials in two directions simultaneously, ensuring a high-uniformity mix in a short time.
Heavy-Duty Construction: You can see the robust frame and motor housing. We build these to handle high-torque starting, ensuring stability even when fully loaded with material.
Clean Design: The mixer is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance, which is critical for food and chemical industries.

Shipping heavy machinery across the ocean involves risks, such as salt spray corrosion or mechanical impact during rough seas. As you can see in the photo, we don't take shortcuts with packaging.
Moisture Protection: The control panel, motor, and gearbox are securely wrapped in heavy-duty plastic film (as seen on the grey and white components) to prevent moisture damage during the weeks at sea.
Secure Strapping: Notice the blue tension straps. We secure the machine directly to the container's lash points. This immobilizes the mixer, preventing it from sliding or tipping inside the container.
When a client receives a machine from Karvil, they expect it to arrive in the exact same condition it left our factory.
Exporting to New Zealand requires more than just a good machine. It requires understanding local standards (such as voltage requirements and import documentation).
With over two decades of manufacturing experience and successful exports to over 50 countries, our team handles the entire process. From the initial technical drawing to the final loading photos sent to the client, we ensure a smooth transaction.
Whether you are in Oceania, Europe, or the Americas, Karvil Machinery is your reliable partner for mixing solutions.
