The Karvil 400L Heavy-Duty Sigma Mixer is designed for extremely sticky, hard, and glue-rich materials. Perfect for industries producing solid watercolors, rubber compounds, adhesives, and high-viscosity pastes, this mixer ensures efficient mixing, minimal waste, and long-lasting durability.
With reinforced Z-shaped blades, stainless steel contact parts, and a hydraulic tilting discharge system, it is built to handle tough materials that standard mixers cannot process reliably.
Heavy-duty Z blade mixer — it's a powerful industrial mixer built for really thick and sticky materials that regular mixers just can’t handle.
Inside the machine, you've got two big sigma-shaped blades spinning at different speeds. These blades work together to knead, stretch, and crush the material — perfect for things like putty, sealants, ceramic paste, and sticky adhesives.
Now, what makes it “heavy-duty”?
Well, first — the structure is super strong. The blades are reinforced, the frame is solid, and the motor gives you a ton of torque to keep things moving, even when the material’s tough.
And second — it can come with electric heating or even explosion-proof controls, which is great if you're working with flammable stuff.
