Engineered for the Rigorous Demands of Laboratory Material Preparation.

This 2L Vacuum Sigma Kneader features a specialized screw discharge system and zero-distance electric heating technology. Designed specifically for high-viscosity thermoplastics and technical ceramics, it offers precise temperature control up to 250°C and efficient degassing. Powered by a premium 1.1KW Innomotics motor, it ensures reliability for R&D and small-batch production.



  • Zero-Distance Heating (Up to 250°C):
    Advanced electric heating elements are applied directly to the chamber wall, eliminating the thermal inertia of oil baths. This provides rapid ramp-up times and precise temperature maintenance for heat-sensitive thermoplastics.

  • Robust Drive System:
    Equipped with a 1.1KW Innomotics Motor (4P), ensuring high torque stability and long service life. Speed is precisely managed via Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), offering 0-42 rpm (Fast) and 0-34 rpm (Slow) for optimal shear adjustments.

  • Vacuum & Degassing:
    Includes a complete vacuum setup (pump, buffer tank, and metal hoses) to operate under negative pressure. This is vital for removing volatiles and moisture from ceramic pastes during the kneading process.

  • Enhanced Sealing System:
    Features a composite shaft seal box using PTFE Graphite Packing. Designed for longevity and ease of maintenance, the packing can be replaced quickly without dismantling the entire shaft assembly.

  • Operational Safety:
    Strict adherence to European safety standards. The unit includes a safety limit switch that instantly halts the agitator when the lid is opened, protecting the operator.

Production begins after confirming details and receiving a 50% deposit. It usually takes 20-30 days. Once you approve the machine via test videos or on-site inspection, we will arrange shipment immediately after the balance payment.

We provide 12-month warranty starting. Within the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts with DHL/Fedex . Beyond the warranty, we offer cost-price spare parts and lifetime technical support.
