Product Overview
The 150L sigma mixer from Karvil Machinery is designed for processing sticky, elastic, and high-viscosity materials such as chewing gum, candy paste, adhesives, silicone, and resins. Equipped with electric heating and a tilting discharge system, it ensures efficient mixing, safe heating, and easy material handling.

Working Principle
The sigma mixer uses two counter-rotating sigma blades to knead, shear, and mix high-viscosity materials. The forward and reverse rotation ensures better blending and uniform mixing.
With the electric heating jacket, the mixer maintains a stable temperature for processing candy-like products or adhesives that need controlled heating. Once mixing is finished, the tilting discharge system allows easy and complete unloading of the material.
