At Karvil Machinery, we believe that the quality of our equipment is best proven by the clients who trust us. Today, we are proud to announce the successful manufacturing and acceptance of a customized mixing solution for one of the world’s largest food and beverage companies: Nestlé.
This week, our team successfully completed the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) via video conference for our client in Mexico. The project involves two sets of 500L Carbon Steel Horizontal Ribbon Blenders, fully integrated with Screw Conveyors.

Here is a closer look at the project and why industry leaders choose Karvil for their powder processing needs.
The client, Nestlé (Mexico branch), required a robust solution to handle waste milk powder. Since the material is intended for recycling/disposal rather than direct human consumption, the primary goals were:
Cost-Effectiveness: Finding a balance between durability and budget.
High Throughput: Quick and uniform mixing to keep up with factory waste streams.
Dust Control: Preventing fine milk powder from leaking into the facility.
Drawing on our 20+ years of industry experience, our engineering team proposed a specialized setup designed for heavy-duty industrial use.

For waste material processing, full stainless steel is often an unnecessary expense. We provided a high-grade Carbon Steel body, which offers immense structural integrity at a more competitive price point.
Double Ribbon Agitator: Our expertly calculated double-ribbon design ensures convective mixing. The outer ribbon pushes material inward, while the inner ribbon pushes outward, creating a homogeneous mix in the shortest possible time.
Protective Coating: To prevent corrosion and ensure longevity, the carbon steel was treated with industrial-grade anti-rust painting and finishing.
Superior Sealing: We utilized high-performance shaft seals to handle the fine particle size of milk powder, preventing leakage and bearing contamination.

To automate the workflow, each mixer is paired with a custom Screw Conveyor. This allows for a closed-loop feeding system, reducing manual labor and minimizing dust exposure in the working environment.
Due to the distance, the Nestlé team conducted a rigorous Online FAT (Factory Acceptance Test). Through a high-definition video link, we demonstrated:
The smooth, low-noise operation of the motors and reducers.
The precise alignment of the screw conveyors.
The build quality, including welding seams and surface finish.
The customer was highly satisfied with the craftsmanship and the performance of the machines. They approved the shipment immediately, citing Karvil’s professionalism and attention to detail.

This project highlights why Karvil continues to be a top choice for clients in over 50 countries.
Tailored Engineering: We don't just sell standard machines; we suggest the right material (like Carbon Steel vs. Stainless) based on your specific application to save you money.
Proven Reliability: With two decades of manufacturing history, our machines are built to last. This reliability is why we see a high rate of repeat orders from our existing clients.
Expert Support: From inquiry to after-sales, our team speaks the language of engineers.
Whether you are processing food ingredients, chemicals, or recycled materials, Karvil has the expertise to build the right line for you.
