Engineered for Nestlé Mexico, this complete 500L Carbon Steel Ribbon Blender System is designed for efficient waste milk powder recycling. The turnkey line integrates a 1.7m feeding screw conveyor and a 1.4m discharging conveyor with a high-performance mixer. Featuring Siemens motors, NSK bearings, and a custom safety-interlock grid, it delivers a perfect balance of safety, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
Designed with a specialized safety grid interlock system.
1. The mixer continues to operate if the lid is open onlu if the safty grid is securely in place.
2. If the safety grid is removed or positioned incorrectly while the lid is open, the mixer stops immediately to ensure operator safety.

Q: 500L is the total volume, but how much can I actually mix?
A: You can mix about 300 Liters per batch. The 500L is the physical tank size, but effective mixing needs headspace for the powder to move. So, we recommend a 60% fill rate for the best results.
Q: Why use Carbon Steel for milk powder? Isn't Stainless Steel better?
A: Usually, yes. But since this project is for waste recycling (not human consumption), carbon steel is much more cost-effective. Don't worry about residue—we finely polished the inside just like we do with stainless steel, so the material flows smoothly.
Q: How does the "Safety Grid" actually work?
A: It’s a smart interlock system we designed for Nestlé. Basically:
Lid Open + Grid Locked: The mixer runs (so you can inspect the process).
Lid Open + Grid Removed: The motor cuts off instantly.
It gives you visibility without compromising operator safety.
Q: Can I change the mixing speed?
A: Yes. We installed a VFD (Variable Frequency Drive). You can dial the speed anywhere from 0 to 62 rpm. If you're running fragile powder that breaks easily, just turn the speed down.
Q: Does it come with the conveyors shown in the picture?
A: Yes, it’s a complete set. It includes the 1.7m feeding screw and the 1.4m discharge screw. Everything is pre-fitted to connect via the DN150 valve, so it's ready to go dust-free right out of the box.
Q: What if I need to replace the motor or bearings later?
A: You won't have trouble finding parts. We use standard Siemens Beide motors and NSK bearings. These are global brands, so you can easily get local support or replacements anywhere in the world.
