Features a smart safety interlock (limit switch) integrated with the hydraulic lid system. The mixer automatically halts operation the moment the upper lid is opened, ensuring zero risk to operators.
Hygienic & Easy to Clean
All material contact parts—including the Sigma blades, mixing chamber, and inner lid—are constructed from premium SS304 stainless steel with a high-grade mirror-polished finish. This prevents material adhesion and ensures zero contamination of the catalyst.
Customized Discharge
The screw extruder guarantees 100% clean discharge of sticky materials. Designed specifically for the client's workflow, the discharge port is elevated to 1321mm (52 inches) from the ground, perfectly matching their downstream collection bins.

Production begins after confirming details and receiving a 50% deposit. It usually takes 20-30 days. Once you approve the machine via test videos or on-site inspection, we will arrange shipment immediately after the balance payment.

We provide 12-month warranty starting. Within the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts with DHL/Fedex . Beyond the warranty, we offer cost-price spare parts and lifetime technical support.
