Recently, our engineering team successfully completed the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for a custom-built 1000L Electric Heating Sigma Kneader. This powerhouse machine is now packed and on its way to a repeat customer in South Africa, where it will be deployed for the high-demand production of putty-type adhesives and butyl putty.

2. Zero-Leakage & Easy-Maintenance Sealing
Sticky materials escaping through the shaft is a nightmare for maintenance teams. We’ve designed an innovative combined stuffing box utilizing PTFE packing and PTFE seals. Not only does this guarantee zero leakage, but the accessible design allows your operators to replace the packing quickly—without the need to dismantle the entire shaft assembly. Minimal downtime, maximum efficiency.

3. Mirror-Polished for Zero Sticking
To tackle the sticky nature of putty, all wetted parts—including the mixing chamber, Sigma blades, and top cover—are crafted from premium SS304 stainless steel and treated with a high-grade mirror polish. This ultra-smooth surface significantly reduces material residue, making batch changeovers and cleaning exceptionally fast and hygienic.

4. Advanced Safety & Process Control
Operator safety is our top priority. The mixer comes standard with an auto-stop limit switch—the moment the top cover is opened, the blades come to an immediate halt. Furthermore, the large DN-300 manhole is equipped with dual sight glasses and a high-intensity inspection lamp, giving operators a clear, safe, and real-time view of the kneading process.
5. Smooth Hydraulic Discharge
Discharging dense, heavy batches is effortless thanks to the independent 2.2kW Siemens hydraulic station, which smoothly tilts the 1000L chamber to the optimal angle for fast and clean material transfer.
