Product Introduction

Karvil Machinery delivered a 100L  kneader mixer extruder  to the customer for processing food-grade silicone rubber. This machine is engineered for high-viscosity materials, with a focus on reliable mixing, efficient cooling, and hygienic construction.

  • 100L working capacity, ideal for batch silicone rubber production.

  • 15 kW Siemens motor with a 15 kW Fuling inverter for smooth speed adjustment.

  • Cooling jackets on both mixing shafts and screw barrel to maintain stable temperature.

  • Screw extrusion discharge, Ø108 mm barrel with DN100 manual ball valve.

  • Sigma mixing blades,  mirror-polished for hygiene and easy cleaning.

  • Stainless steel 304 contact parts, including chamber, cover, and blades (mirror finish).

  • Inspection access: DN200 manhole and two sight glasses (one with illumination).
