Karvil Machinery delivered a 100L kneader mixer extruder to the customer for processing food-grade silicone rubber. This machine is engineered for high-viscosity materials, with a focus on reliable mixing, efficient cooling, and hygienic construction.
100L working capacity, ideal for batch silicone rubber production.
15 kW Siemens motor with a 15 kW Fuling inverter for smooth speed adjustment.
Cooling jackets on both mixing shafts and screw barrel to maintain stable temperature.
Screw extrusion discharge, Ø108 mm barrel with DN100 manual ball valve.
Sigma mixing blades, mirror-polished for hygiene and easy cleaning.
Stainless steel 304 contact parts, including chamber, cover, and blades (mirror finish).
Inspection access: DN200 manhole and two sight glasses (one with illumination).
