High-Viscosity welding flux Solution for the Canadian Customer

Background: 

In the early morning of an ordinary day. We received the customer inquiry from Canada, They requested the quotation for NH-100 Sigma mixer, with screw extrusiondischarge and electric heating method. In order to solve the welding flux mixing problem. Canadian Customer  mainly concerns the quality of mixer, “Karvil” is a professional mixer’s manufacturer in this industry. More than 20 years experience. So they found us.

The Challenge:

1.Cylinder thickness:

Client’s fear is that the 4mm cylinder plate will bend when it is compressed by the mixer power when they mix the hard resin before it melts. 

2.Environment effect:

Canada is a very humid country, and the carbon steel is too easy to rust and create contamination

3.Temperature effect:

Client havs experience that the material sometime froze there when they take a pause in the discharge process. Due to the cold winter in Canada.

4.Payment term:

Client met the quality-trouble from last supplier, they are afriad that there is any quality issues by the payment teem 50% T/T advance payment and 50%T/T balance payment before shipment

Karvil Machinery’s Solution:

1.Enhanced Cylinder Strength – We increased the cylinder plate thickness to 10mm to ensure durability and address the client’s structural concerns.

2.Change the material from contact material part is SS304, the rest is carbon steel to all SS304 to reduce the rust risks.

3.We add the heaters on the outer bareel part to prevent material being iced when discharge process.

4.We mentioned we can accept the apyment by 100% irrevocable Letter of credit. Its a fair payment term even though Karvil will spent more time to receive the full payment. We agree for it to acquire the trust from client.

2. 1).All SS304 Contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel (18/8 stainless steel), forming a dense chromium oxide passivation film that can resist acid, alkali, salt and atmospheric corrosion, especially suitable for food, chemical, medical and other environments 

2).The tensile strength, ductility and hardness all meet the standards (such as tensile strength ≥ 515MPa), suitable for stamping, welding and other processing

3.1).Add the heaters on the outer barrel can maintain fluidity: Some materials (such as high-viscosity colloids, materials containing water, and chemicals that solidify easily at low temperatures) may freeze or harden at low temperatures. The heater can maintain the appropriate temperature to ensure smooth discharge.

2).Uniformity: Too low a temperature may cause stratification, crystallization or denaturation of materials (such as food, medicine, silica gel, etc.). The heater can maintain a stable state to ensure the consistency of the finished product.

3). Protect mechanical parts: Frozen materials may increase the mechanical load on screws, valves or pipes, or even damage seals. Heaters can reduce such risks.

4.1).Using credit of letter can control delivery quality: The bank will only pay if the seller submits documents that meet the requirements of the letter of credit (such as inspection certificates, quality inspection reports), ensuring that the goods meet the contractual requirements.

2).Avoid prepayment risk: No need to pay the full amount in advance, reducing the possibility of sellers not delivering or committing fraud 

3). The letter of credit is guaranteed by the bank's credit, which is more reliable than simply relying on the reputation of the buyer and seller.
