For abrasive processing, the mixing chamber and Sigma blades are reinforced with special wear-resistant alloys, hard-facing (stellite), or replaceable liners, maximizing the machine's lifespan.
  • Versatile Heating & Cooling 
Customizable jacketed vessels designed for Thermal Oil (up to 300°C), Steam, or Water cooling. Ensuring materials like bitumen remain fluid, or cooling fast-reacting epoxies.
  • Effortless Discharge Systems 
Handling highly sticky chemicals requires smart discharging. We offer Hydraulic Tilting for bulk dumping, or Screw Extruder (Discharge Screw) for shaping the dough directly into molds or downstream pelletizers.
