A health food company from Mexico makes production faster and cleaner using a new ribbon mixerand screw conveyor from Karvil Machinery.
The Mexican company was started in 2015 by two students, Oscar and Karen. They had a strong idea—to help people eat healthier food at a good price. In Mexico, many people eat too much junk food, and this has led to high levels of child and adult obesity.
So, they started making drink powders with simple, natural ingredients like cocoa and matcha. These powders became popular, and their small project quickly grew into a real business. Today, the Mexican company is a well-known name in the health food market in Mexico.
After receiving the inquiry, we started by talking with the technical team at the Mexican company. We wanted to make sure the mixer would fully meet their needs. We discussed:

-What material the mixer should be made of
-How much powder they wanted to mix at one time
-The daily production goal for 8-hour shifts
After this technical talk, we made a detailed quote and drawing. The customer was unsure about the material, so we gave them two options:
-Mixer made fully with stainless steel
-Mixer with only the parts touching the powder made of stainless steel
We also suggested a 2.3-meter screw conveyor. This machine helps feed the powder into the mixer automatically. It is faster, cleaner, and safer than adding powder by hand.
After getting our proposal, the customer team had more technical questions. They wanted to know more details before making a decision. We arranged video meetings and phone calls to answer everything clearly.
They asked about:
The brand of the motor
The capacity of the machine in an 8-hour shift
The quality of the stainless steel
The speed of mixing
The certifications (CE, food-grade steel, etc.)
We answered every question in detail. The customer appreciated our fast replies and technical knowledge. They said they felt confident because we gave them the facts, not just promises.
After the customer placed the order, we didn’t go straight to production. We first confirmed all technical points again, especially the voltage. This turned out to be very important—the customer told us they needed 220V instead of the original plan.
We changed the motor for free, avoiding mistakes that could cause delays. This kind of careful service is what we always provide at Karvil. We don’t want problems later—we solve them early.
Once the mixer and conveyor were ready, we took videos and photos of the machines working. We sent them to the customer team so they could see the machines before paying the balance.

Also, the screw conveyor helped them remove manual feeding, which made the production line cleaner and easier to manage. Their team can now focus on quality control and packaging, instead of moving powder around.
Before making a final decision, the customer had compared several equipment suppliers from different countries. They looked at machine photos, technical data, and customer reviews. But they still had doubts.
