Horizontal ribbon mixer consists of drive disk assembly, double layer ribbon agitator, and U-shape cylinder.
The outer spiral belt pushes inward and the inner spiral belt pushes outward so that the materials can be flexibly sheared and dislocated to achieve the purpose of fast and uniform stirring.
Material outlets are located in the middle of the cylinder bottom. Outside ribbon driven by the main shaft moves materials to discharge to ensure no discharging dead zone.

We are a professional manufacturer with over 20 years of experience, specializing in Kneaders, Ribbon Blenders, and Planetary Mixers. Unlike trading companies, we have our own R&D team and strict quality control system, which allows us to offer direct factory prices and technical support.
2.What is the main market for your company?
Our machines have been exported to over 50 countries, including markets in Europe, America,Australia and Southeast Asia. We serve industries ranging from chemicals, adhesives, and sealants to food and pharmaceuticals.
3.How do you ensure the quality of the machine before delivery?
Quality is our priority. After production, we conduct a strict FAT (Factory Acceptance Test). We run the machine empty and with load (if applicable) for continuous hours to check noise, vibration, sealing, and temperature. We will send you a detailed running video. You are also welcome to visit or hire a third party (like SGS/BV) for inspection.
4.Can I track the production progress of my order?
Yes. During the production process, our sales team will update you with photos and videos of key stages (machining, welding, assembly, painting) so you can know exactly the status of your equipment.
5.How about the installation and commissioning services?
We provide comprehensive support:
Documents: Detailed English manual, electric diagram, and hydraulic diagram.
Online Support: Lifetime remote video guidance for installation and troubleshooting.
On-site Service: If needed, we can dispatch engineers to your factory for installation, commissioning, and staff training.
6.How do you pack the machine to ensure safety during long shipping?
We use export-standard plywood cases (fumigation-free) ensuring stability. For the machine surface, we apply anti-rust oil and wrap it with multiple layers of stretch film to prevent moisture and corrosion during sea transportation.
7.Can you provide customized products?
Yes, we have professional engineers to meet your special design needs, so we can provide customized products.
8. What are the payment terms and delivery time?
Production begins after confirming details and receiving a 50% deposit. It usually takes 20-30 days. Once you approve the machine via test videos or on-site inspection, we will arrange shipment immediately after the balance payment.
9.About the product warranty?
We provide a 12-month warranty starting from the date of the Bill of Lading. Within the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts . Beyond the warranty, we offer cost-price spare parts and lifetime technical support to ensure your machine runs smoothly for years.
