Designed for Powder Blending and Liquid Addition
This customized 300L horizontal ribbon mixer was manufactured for a customer in Poland to process white sugar, brown sugar and dark brown sugar with water.
Constructed from food-grade SS304 stainless steel, the system combines variable-speed ribbon mixing, jacket heating, screw discharge and a dedicated liquid pump for a more integrated production process.

01 – Load the Ingredients
Sugar is transferred into the mixer through the connected 2.3m stainless steel screw conveyor.
02 – Mix and Add Liquid
The ribbon agitator blends the ingredients while the dedicated pump supplies water according to the production process.
03 – Control the Process
Variable-speed operation and the jacket heating system allow the operator to adjust mixing conditions to the recipe.
04 – Discharge the Product
The side screw discharge system transfers the processed material through the designated outlet.
All product-contact parts are made from SS304 stainless steel. The internal surfaces are mirror-polished, while the exterior features a brushed finish for a clean industrial appearance.
12kW heating system helps provide temperature control during processing. Heating requirements can be tailored to the product formulation and target process temperature.
A dedicated SS304 pump, piping and valves are supplied for liquid transfer into the mixer. The system is designed around the customer's specific production arrangement.

Every custom ribbon mixer is inspected and tested at our factory before delivery. Depending on the machine configuration, testing covers agitator rotation, variable-speed control, heating functions, screw discharge, liquid pump operation and safety interlocks.
