Designed specifically for high-capacity food-grade powder processing, this integrated mixing system features a dual-level setup with a 1000L upper ribbon blender and a 5000L lower ribbon blender. Mounted on a heavy-duty customized carbon steel platform, it utilizes gravity to streamline the feeding and discharging process. Equipped with an advanced PLC touch screen and precise weighing modules, this system ensures fully automated, recipe-driven batch mixing with zero compromise on safety and hygiene.
All material contact parts are made of SS304 Stainless Steel with a high-end mirror polish inside. The exterior features a premium brushed finish.
Features a fully integrated PLC control panel with a touch screen. It supports recipe design, automated programming, weight data storage, and one-touch feeding/discharging control.
Powered by Siemens (Beide) main motors, Fuling inverters, and Schneider electrical components for unmatched durability and stable 380V, 50Hz, 3-Phase operation.
Equipped with safety grid interlocks. The machine automatically shuts down if the top cover or cleaning window is opened, ensuring operator safety.
