How much powder can the 2000L ribbon blender process per batch?n line?
While the total volume is 2000 liters, the effective working volume for optimal mixing is usually 60% to 70% (approx. 1200 - 1400 Liters). In terms of weight, it depends on the bulk density of your materials. For example, it can handle roughly 1000 - 1400 KG of heavy granulated sugar per batch, or about 800 - 1000 KG of lighter soybean meal. Each mixing batch takes only 5 to 15 minutes.
