Designed for the most demanding mixing tasks, this 100L Vacuum Kneader features heavy-duty Z-blades (Sigma blades) and a built-in discharging screw. Fully equipped with an independent heating/cooling unit and a high-performance vacuum system, it ensures bubble-free, perfectly homogeneous mixtures for temperature-sensitive materials like silicone rubber.
Mirror-polished SS304 Z-blades with a precise 3mm gap from the shell wall. Equipped with independent variable speed control (Fast: 0-37rpm, Slow: 0-21rpm) for intensive kneading with zero dead spots.
Unlike standard kneaders, this unit comes with an integrated 2P Heating & Cooling Chiller connected to the water jacket, ensuring strict temperature management to prevent silicone from curing prematurely.
Achieves up to -0.09Mpa vacuum degree. Includes a vacuum pump, buffer tank, and metal hoses, perfect for completely removing moisture and air bubbles from viscous pastes.
Say goodbye to manual scraping. The built-in bottom screw (Ø108mm, 0-65rpm) seamlessly extrudes the thickest silicone pastes, supporting forward and reverse rotation.

How does the Temperature Control Unit (TCU) work with this kneader?
Silicone processing requires strict thermal management. This Karvil Kneader features a customized double-layer jacket around the mixing tank, connected to an integrated Hot & Cold TCU. You can easily set your target temperature on the panel. The TCU will automatically circulate heating or cooling media (water/oil) through the jacket, preventing your silicone from overheating or curing during the intense shearing process.
Can the vacuum system completely remove bubbles from the silicone?
Yes. Karvil Machinery uses premium mechanical seals and precise machining for the mixing tank cover. During the kneading process, the vacuum pump can draw the internal pressure down to -0.096MPa or lower. This powerful vacuum environment completely extracts trapped air and moisture, ensuring your final silicone product is dense, smooth, and bubble-free.
