The laboratory mixer uses the same Sigma mixing principle as industrial models, allowing users to optimize formulations before mass production.
Two counter-rotating Sigma blades continuously divide, stretch, compress and fold materials inside the mixing chamber. Under vacuum conditions, air and moisture are removed while temperature is accurately controlled through the jacket connected to the water mold temperature controller. The result is highly efficient mixing with excellent reaction consistency.
