Powder Mixing and Packing Solution
The system combines a 3000L horizontal ribbon mixer with SS316 screw conveyors and packaging equipment. The mixer has an effective working capacity of 1800L and a variable-speed drive, allowing the mixing speed to be adjusted according to the product requirements.
All material-contact surfaces of the mixer are made of SS316 stainless steel, with a mirror-polished interior to support product handling and cleaning.
From powder feeding to mixing, discharge and packaging, the equipment is configured to help streamline production and reduce manual material handling.
