Precision Temperature Control
Unlike standard kneaders, this unit comes with an integrated 2P Heating & Cooling Chiller connected to the water jacket, ensuring strict temperature management to prevent silicone from curing prematurely.
Vacuum Degassing System
Achieves up to -0.09Mpa vacuum degree. Includes a vacuum pump, buffer tank, and metal hoses, perfect for completely removing moisture and air bubbles from viscous pastes.
Screw Extruder Discharge
Say goodbye to manual scraping. The built-in bottom screw (Ø108mm, 0-65rpm) seamlessly extrudes the thickest silicone pastes, supporting forward and reverse rotation.
