This 1000L paddle mixer was manufactured by Karvil Machinery for a long-term customer in Uzbekistan for spice blending.
The mixer is constructed entirely from SS304 stainless steel, with a mirror-polished internal surface for easier cleaning and hygienic production. A DN250 pneumatic bottom flap discharge provides fast and controlled material discharge after mixing.
With a 600L effective working volume, variable-speed control and integrated dust protection, the machine is designed for reliable batch production of spice and powder materials.
All stainless steel 304 construction with mirror-polished product-contact surfaces.

Loading → Paddle Mixing → Uniform Blending → Pneumatic Discharge
The paddle shaft rotates inside the U-shaped mixing chamber. The paddles continuously lift, fold and move the material through the mixing zone.
As the material moves through the chamber, the repeated movement gradually distributes the different powder components throughout the batch.
After the required mixing time is reached, the bottom pneumatic flap opens and the finished material is discharged.
