The machine is now ready for shipment to our customer in the United States.
This project was developed for processing Bulk Molding Compound (BMC), a high-viscosity composite material widely used in electrical components, automotive parts, and industrial molding applications. Because BMC requires strong kneading force and precise temperature control, the customer selected a customized sigma mixer designed specifically for laboratory-scale production and formulation testing.
BMC materials contain fillers, resins, glass fibers, and additives that require intensive mixing to achieve a homogeneous compound. To meet these processing requirements, our engineering team customized this machine with several important features.
