Karvil Machinery recently completed the production of a 7L Explosion Proof Sigma Mixer specially designed for a customer in the United States. Built strictly to US electrical standards (480V/60Hz/3-Phase), it integrates a premium Siemens Innomotics explosion-proof motor and a fully compliant Ex-proof control cabinet.The machine is engineered for processing Bulk Molding Compound (BMC), offering safe operation, precise speed control and excellent mixing performance for high-viscosity materials.


The mixer features an explosion-proof electrical system, jacketed mixing chamber, manual tilting discharge and mirror-polished stainless steel contact parts. It is ideal for laboratory research, formulation development and small-batch production where mixing quality and operational safety are critical.
