We are pleased to share how Karvil Machinery’s innovative approach successfully resolved flour lumping challenges for the Dominican customer. By adding the choppers in the back of Ribbon Mixer to prevent the Flour lump "Doubling Efficiency in the Same Working Area."


Customer Company background


Our customer  is a baking company in the Dominican Republic, mainly produce raw materials such as flour, spices, etc. In order to improve thier production capacity, they find Karvil Machinery in 2023. 


Karvil Machinery is focus on the solutions of flour lump.

2.How to match the socket with the local voltage 


Due to the difference of the socket and plug in different country. Karvil will not equip the socket and plug, Normally, client needs to connect the power cable after receiving the machine. But Dominican client sent us a photo of the plug they are using and He request for it. We purchased the same one for them.

Note: Should the client require sockets and plugs, please let me know. Karvil will be happy to arrange them.

2.The advantage of Wiring connect power supply

Adapt to different national standards: Voltages (110V/220V/380V, etc.) and plug types (NEMA, IEC, BS, etc.) vary greatly from country to country. Canceling fixed plugs allows customers to wire their own devices according to local regulations to avoid compatibility issues.

Flexible response to certification requirements: No need to repeat plug safety certification (such as UL/CE/CCC) for different markets, accelerating product launch.

Matching on-site power configuration: Factories usually use fixed wiring (such as direct wiring in distribution cabinets), and plugs add unnecessary conversion links

Support high power requirements: High-power equipment (such as >10kW) often requires direct hard wiring (Hardwiring), and plug connection may not meet the current carrying requirements.

Reduce the risk of poor contact: plugging and unplugging the plug can easily cause loosening/sparking, direct wiring is more stable, especially suitable for vibration environments (such as production lines).

Reduce the probability of misoperation: Avoid non-professionals plugging and unplugging the power supply at will, in line with industrial equipment safety management regulations.
