Explosion-Proof Design
The mixer is configured for applications where flammable materials or vapors require explosion-protection measures. Electrical and drive components can be selected according to the required hazardous-area conditions.
Two Sigma Blades
Two sigma blades are designed to handle high-viscosity, dense and adhesive materials. The blade geometry provides strong kneading action while moving material through the working chamber.
Vacuum Mixing
The vacuum system helps remove entrapped air and volatile components during processing. This is useful for adhesive and other materials where air inclusion can affect the final product.
Jacket Cooling with Chiller
The mixing chamber is equipped with a cooling jacket connected to an external water chiller. This allows the process temperature to be controlled during high-load mixing.
Screw Discharge
For highly viscous materials that do not flow easily under gravity, screw discharge provides a controlled way to move the finished material out of the mixing chamber.
3000L Production Capacity
The 3000L vessel provides a large working volume for industrial-scale production while maintaining the heavy-duty construction required for demanding mixing applications.

01. Loading
Raw materials are loaded into the mixing chamber according to the required formulation.
02. Kneading
The two sigma blades rotate and continuously fold, compress and shear the material.
03. Heating / Cooling
Thermal oil can circulate through the jacket and, where required, through the blades to control material temperature.
04. Discharge
After mixing, the processed material is discharged through the selected discharge system, such as tilting or screw extrusion.
