Product Description
Built Around a Controlled Mixing Process
Explosion-Proof Drive
The main agitator is powered by a 22 kW explosion-proof motor with a hardened-surface gearbox. Mixing speed is adjustable from 5 to 50 rpm, allowing the operator to match the mixing intensity to the material.
Vacuum Processing
The vessel can be connected to an explosion-proof vacuum pump and buffer tank. The system is rated for a vacuum level of up to -0.09 MPa.
The buffer tank also helps protect the mixing vessel from vacuum-pump oil returning through the vacuum line.
Jacketed Vessel
The 381L mixing vessel is equipped with a heating jacket rated for up to 2 bar. Jacket connections are DN25.
This gives the process a separate heat-transfer circuit without exposing the material directly to the heating medium.
316L Wetted Parts
The vessel, agitators and other major product-contact components use SS316L stainless steel.
The vessel has a mirror-polished internal and external finish, making it suitable for applications where corrosion resistance and surface finish are important.
